2022 Call for Abstracts
The 2022 Call for Abstracts is now closed. We look forward to seeing you at the Paris meeting, where abstracts on the following topics will be included:
- Biobanks and large-scale populations
- Common disease genetics (including cancer genetics, heart disease genetics)
- Diversity and studies of multiple ancestries
- Immunogenetics (including COVID-19 and SARS-CoV-2)
- Machine learning and data science
- Mendelian randomization and causality
- OMICs: methods and applications
- Polygenic risk scores and prediction (and general polygenic trait genetics)
- Statistical modeling in genetic epidemiology (GxE, GxG, Multi-trait and summary-statistic methods)
- Whole genome and exome sequencing studies
Important Dates to Consider:
