2024 registration fees (USD) are as follows:

*Students, Retirees, and Low-Middle Income countries are eligible for the reduced rate. Please review the eligible countries here. 
 

Registration fees include access to the general sessions, posters sessions, business meeting, networking receptions, and the annual awards banquet. The Education Workshop is an additional fee.

Important Dates for IGES 2024 are

  • April 15 - 19: Early Decision abstracts notifications to be emailed.
  • August 5 - 9: General abstracts notifications to be emailed.
  • September 30: Regular registration period ends.
  • October 1: Registration rates increase.
