Post-doc/research fellows, X-chromosome inclusive Statistical Genetics and Genetic Epidemiology, University of Toronto/The Hospital for Sick Children

We are looking for post-doc/research fellows to work on a Canadian Institutes for Health Research (CIHR) funded project on methods for the analysis of the sex chromosomes. Minimum requirements would be a graduate degree in statistics or biostatistics and familiarity with large-scale genetic data analysis and computing. Successful candidates will be based either at The University of Toronto, or The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, under co-mentoring by Drs Lei Sun and Andrew Paterson with exposure to weekly journal clubs and an active statistical genetics/genetic epidemiology community.
